MAROSI Labs is a boutique engineering lab. Usually 5 days to the first working demo. Some work is research-oriented and moves on its own clock. We say which is which up front. Either way, we start with a week inside your systems and constraints, and that readout is free.

Four phases. Listen: a week inside your systems and constraints. Design: architecture, a roadmap, and a working demo on your data. Build: senior engineers, short loops, working software every week. Run: we run it in production until it's boring. Then it's yours. The shape flexes with the situation: a startup's core product puts us in a tight loop with you and your customers; R&D inside a large enterprise system means fitting your teams and their cadence; a website or an app is a clean brief and a clean handover.
